We’ve been installing pool decks and patios alongside our pool construction for years. The same crews who build your pool handle the hardscape, so they understand drainage, transitions, and how everything integrates. We don’t subcontract this work out.
Stamped concrete is poured as one surface and stamped with patterns. Pavers are individual pieces installed one by one. Stamped concrete costs less and installs faster. Pavers offer easier repairs and more premium appearance but cost more and take longer to install.
Most clients prefer one contractor for both. You avoid coordination headaches, scheduling conflicts, and the risk of one company blaming the other if something doesn’t align. We design and build everything together so it works as one cohesive project.
Timeline depends on size and material. Most patio projects take 1-3 weeks from excavation to completion. Larger patios or complex designs take longer. Weather can affect concrete work.
All concrete can develop small cracks eventually. Proper base preparation, control joints, and sealing minimize this. Pavers don’t crack – individual pieces can shift but are easily reset. We build with techniques that reduce cracking risk.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We can usually match colors and materials if they’re still available. If your existing hardscape is old or discontinued, we focus on complementary colors rather than exact matches.
